What you should know about menopause

  • Alternative Medicine: There are two types of herbal remedies that help keep hormone levels balanced. The two are classified according to their estrogen content:
  • Phytostrogenic Medicinal Plants: Some herbs containing estrogen, such as human estrogen, are called phytoestrogens. Women can use these herbs to balance their lowered estrogen levels. These herbs can be found in pills and extracts.
  • Hormone regulator plants: These plants do not contain estrogen. Medicinal herbs regulate hormone in the body as hormonal stimulants and help endocrine glands to naturally produce estrogen and other hormones. Using hormone regulating plants, the body regulates your women and provides the right balance to prevent severe symptoms of early menopause.

Treatment of its early symptoms is medically prescribed. Although the results are typically faster and more direct than other options, the risks can be much higher. Hormone replacement therapy is one of the best treatments that has given menopause.
